What can you say to employees to inspire/motivate them in times of layoffs, force relo to only being pulled back, forced hub strategy only to be reworked and then pulled, multiple reorgs, more layoffs, slowdown in expansion, and sale of part of the business a real possibility? I am genuinely looking for inspiration. Other than the usual line that we are set up for the long term and our unique assets of tower, fiber, sc have us in a good position.

CL won't answer any questions with any substance. The guy is a failed leader with zero track record. He stole money from Google, Armstrong, and Crown. The guy is a proven loser.
@1qjf+1t2SKVgr something to that effect. You can ask him any question except about his personal situation. Remember that line? That guy is a snake. Honestly ask yourself: why do you want to work for people like that? The test of leadership came, and they failed it. Miserably and with great hubris.
Didn’t they ask DS this at a town hall in PA and he said something like, if you aren’t happy you can leave?
There is an extreme disconnect between the EMT and ICs. That is a reflection on the directors and mgrs. It's like a game of telephone. By the time it gets to the bottom it is totally spun to keep the mgrs, directors and their relatives fat and happy. CC will never be what it could be as long as the nepotism continues. Even when it was Rockin it wasn't what it could be.
