I recently got a merit raise of 3.2% plus an additional 1.89% adjustment. I'm band 3.

I got 7.5%. But that’s for less than a year after leaving Honeywell on top of a big bump for leaving.

The grass really is greener! Job market is good, find your peace now. You all deserve better than Honeywell.

I'm hearing that MM blamed accounting for his MIP reduction, so he penalized them. I guess it didn't have anything to do with his inability to fix the supply chain problem he originally created and actually ship product.

Honeywell might as well just offer a pizza party at this point.

Band 3 - Block 5 - 4.6%
Worked just as hard, achieved every goal previous years I was in a better block!

Band 3 - 2.5% block 5 by manager who doesn't know what I do/have done, and 2.8% out of possible 5% bonus. I'm planning for this to be my last one.

Left before I could get my amazing <3% for block 2 with a s-b story of some poor manager's hands tied. Weak.
Outstanding awards, and just no follow thru. Be ashamed, Hon. Got 10% to start new job, perks, no stress, clean bathrooms.
Also gave up corporate culture... turns out to be a mummer's Farce.

For those of believing mad dog when he said big raises coming this year, you will likely be disappointed.

PHX
Band 4
Block 5 (a new one for me)
3% raise

With the 16% inflation rate I'll try not to spend all of my 13% loss in one place. Thanks for the record year, here's your garbage reward. Needless to say, I won't be working nearly as hard this year.

hah good one. UK market - people working from home when production is running 24/7 and who is getting what ? Not even a thank You for a good job. Totally cr-p. Plus still layoff employees and people who stay are frustrated of useless company but they live in hope to dream come thru and the place will shut down, so they could go for a holiday like they're never had while working here.

16% inflation.. expected raise something around 3% like last year. Of course with leaders telling us how we are lucky and how they had to squeeze the budget.

CORP - got in upper elbow (thanks?) and a measly 3%. I’m pi---d. After inflation for the past two years I’m losing ~15%. Past time to start looking. Hate to see what they’re doing to Block 5s.

@1qoa
Are you going to mention that you got promoted to a director? If you didn't get that kind of promotion, then you are a liar and an HR troll. Either way, go away unless you can provide some help to the folks that post here. All any of us are looking for is truth.

Y'all deserve 10% raises. Now we're going to lay off or RIF you.

No degrees required. This is why you always will come back. Also had another job. You might actually have to work. Instead of going outside and smoking for three to four hours a day.

Budgets looked better this year. Expect good raises if you are 1 2 or 4.

I believe the review cycle just opened today.

Should be complete 2 weeks or so but I'm not sure of the exact timing of the window.

Doesn't really matter guess for me what I get got 38 dedicated years in and I'm no slouch?? (0% raise last year hum picking on older peeps) and finding out ones under 10 years are just shy of $3 to $5 and hour less than I make so yeah there is that. So I'm just going to try and survive next few years and I'm out.
