Considering everything that's happened this year at Nike - and I'm definitely not talking just about the pandemic - we really need a nice, boring, nothing-big-is-happening kind of year to come back from it all. Because I'm really not sure how much more of this I can take and remain sane.

@qet You do realize this is a site for people who've lost their jobs or are afraid they might. This is a platform to vent, and gossip, ans commiserate. So, when you say it it like it is, it's really not helping. It's like telling clinically depressed people to snap out of it because there's no such thing as depression. How about being a bit more empathetic?

Leadership has lived with the details of the reorg and layoffs for a LONG, LONG time. They have acclimated... and all of the grunts will not get the same grace. Lip service of "Take care of yourself" followed by, "Get back to work!"
Sure...let's just declare 2021 a trouble-free year then get fooled again. How delusional are you thinking that "we" can do anything about just so you can "take it." What a dumb post you have started and wasting everyone's time.
