Toxic MD gone !!!

I will say I am glad to see one of the most toxic, degrading and demeaning MDs leaving. She would yell at her managers if she had low VOE scores, demean her managers in front of others and degrade them. If you worked there you know who I am talking about. I bet there will be a celebration as these toxic leaders leave.

Even though the 2MDs were Fired and will officially leave Citi in January, the damage is already done and can Not be undone. There's damage to employee morale, trust, ptoductivity including but Not limited to the psychological, mental and emotional damage from the toxic MDs' bullying, abusive, harassing, psycho mind games, backstabbing and demoralizing behaviour for years with Citi's connivance and complicity!!! Toxic MDs and other toxic employees make work and life at Citi a living He// . The Departments literally turn into Insane Asylums, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. So sad and disgusting!!!

The first thing we noticed is that the toxic MD’s get their way even though they should be in full time care off site. Citi went from being a bad place to work to Bellevue South. It takes one or two and over 100 people get hurt. The good news is two of the worst were asked to leave in January. They earned it.

Post ID: @2wyg+1q20DBCV I'm not sure if the Psycho MD changed his behaviour or not. Unfortunately though, he still "works" in Citi but transferred to a different area. I did hear that he was told he has a bad, toxic reputation and No one wants to voluntarily work with or for him. People avoid him as much as possible. Like I said, I do Not know if this affected or changed him if even a little bit. The point of my previous post is that I was Not questioned about what I wrote in the 2022 VOE.

FYI. I named names in the 2022 VOE about toxic, bullying, abusive, demeaning, demoralizing and harassing behaviour that happened everyday. I did Not get questioned and I did Not hear about anyone investigating the A$$H0LES. This does Not mean the A$$H0LES were not investigated/questioned or that other people were not questioned.

Post ID: @1rzc+1q20DBCV Then if the employee who described the harassing abuse in the VOE is questioned or fired, that employee would have a case for a lawsuit. Go to an employment lawyer and also to the media. The bad publicity about how Citi supposedly does Not retaliate from it Compliance Trainings and videos, but Citi actually does retaliate will be so negative for Citi's reputation as to further beat down Citi's stock price. Citi may be forced to quickly pay settlement money just so the negative PR goes away.

Post ID: @1qzy+1q20DBCV The problem is the VOE is not anonymous no matter what they say if it was anonymous why would you have to put your user information in first? I guarantee as soon as they saw something negative about somebody important they would do a big investigation find out who you are and make note of it and you’ll be the next to go. It would be hysterical though.

You should have named the MDs in the VOE. Then watch the Insanity, Psycho Show unfold with that MD's antics. It would be better than watching cable or Netflix. LOL ! Sort of like Coco the monkey on the TV Show Seinfeld going bananas insane because she got Low VOE Scores and was exposed as a Toxic, abusive, bullying, demoralizing and harassing psychotic "Manager".LOL ! You should air out her and Citi's dirty laundry Tragicomedy. It's a free Show everyday. No cost, free admission to everyone who wants to watch the Psychosis.

I seen a promo to MD who absolutely does not deserve it. Wouldn't trust them, would never work under them, and would never embrace them.

Toxic, lying, manipulative, and honestly evil.

Everyone who knows them is actually shocked.

That's Citi though. Politics and pandering gets you the top roles and then they wonder why attrition is so high and we are failing.

There are more toxic MDs - don’t have culture and mean. One MD brings his/her consulting team for development even though Citi has Tech teams, this is malpractice.
