I hope I am annoying enough that people will decide not to shop in Lowe's any more. I know I want to be left alone when I go into a big-box store. But, it is what it is
It is quickly becoming a police state. In the past, write-ups were a last resort but not any more.
We were told that all of the “easy” jobs are gone from Lowe’s now. Also that last year was tough because there were a lot of changes....but that this year there will be even MORE changes and it would be even more difficult.

Our Millwork specialist was in that meeting last week with all othe specialists, except pro.
He said they sweated them out.... SELL SELL SELL, CREDIT APPS, LEADS FOR PSE!!!
They threatened write ups and all fir failure to oroduce.
We were told we are all going to have a sit down review with the store manager and our supervisor. I’m interested in seeing how they justify giving me the same sh–ty raise as the lazies.

How did dat meeting hit ya? HDization is complete now. Endless supply of cheap labor out there so you can go anytime. Stock is up! Sky’s the limit! But how’s that help you? No raise this year. And it wuz a win2gether meeting but that win2gether bonus not there. You just missed that 95%! More big changes coming. Those surveys, get more 7s. Or is it 10? They are insane.
