Was pleasantly surprised today when my manager announced our Holiday bonus. She said that Aero did so well that every band 5 employee and above was receiving a 10% bonus. Thank you Honeywell.

I spent 11 years at HW and got out in 2022.
What’s a band 5 employee? Is that a new tier?

Oh that explains why they had to turn off RDE funding for the rest of the year at the last minute. I knew it had to be tied somehow to leadership bonuses.
Band 4 and below get the bone, minus the "us". Work hard all year just to get caught in the annual Honeywell Riffmas season.
Mip at that level is 20% baseline plus stock. Can go as high as 100% depending on role.

The truth is every band 5 employee and above was receiving AT LEAST a10% bonus. I got 12.5% and a colleague who had a banner year told me he got 14%

Well, well. Us Band 4's and below are getting bonus RIF's. We are better off. Take that! :)
