I mean, just take a gander at the illustrious LL3 of Cloud Platform, J Wasn... Excuse me while I raise an eyebrow of suspicion! Let's break down this impressive timeline, shall we?

First, there's the stint as a Ford contract employee from 2015 to 2017. But lo and behold, in the blink of an eye, they morphed into a direct LL6 employee from 2017 to 2018! Must've been a magical transformation.

And it doesn't stop there! In a matter of mere months, they somehow leaped to LL5 in 2018-2019, then effortlessly slid into LL4 from 2019 to 2021, and finally settled into their current role as LL3 in 2021. Such rapid progression, I'm sure it's due to their unparalleled talent and expertise.

But wait, there's more! Could it be that our LL3 is not just incredibly gifted but also has a knack for making connections in all the right places? Surely not, right? I mean, who would dare insinuate such a thing? wink, wink

Not in that group anymore but his management meetings were a cluster. I think he must have already drank 6 or 7 cans of that cheap beer the other commenter mentioned. He would go on drunken ramblings about any old thing. He's a colossal waste of space.

I've seen some weird promotions in the digital product group as well.

Model e is the most important organization within Ford right now and going forward. That is why Doug Field is leading and if he sees the leadership capability in an LL3, then I suggest you be patient and the results will come.

Wow. It took me 4 years to go from an SG3 to an SG4. Then, it took another three years to get to SG5. That’s where I’ve been sitting for two years now, and all that seemed like a struggle to prove my worth.

Looks like he was external hire, so I gather the higher ups value people with non-Ford experience. That strategy has worked so well in the past (NOT). The good news is that it's likely he won't stay long, once he pads his resume and gets a better offer.

Apparently his cheap beer drinking, fast food eating had endeared him with the highers ups. And his penchant to promote attractive young ladies for no other reason than their looks seems to please the higher ups as well.

I did hear he has one foot out the door. Be ready for a retirement announcement incoming.

Ford is woke. Coworker of mine launched 2 new complicated components. TS requires designing and launching a component but the TS WENT TO A WOKE CANDIDATE WHO NEVER DESIGNED LET ALONE LAUNCHED A NEW COMPONENT. I HAD TO BAIL THIS PERSON OUT MANY TIMEs AFTER THEIR PROMO.
