I am so disappointed with this years rewards. Met all okr’s but still got ME with 2%
@1slg: could you provide the source of the 4% threshold and Q2 timeline?Keeping my fingers crossed.
If you got below 6%, they don't care if you leave. If you got below 5%, you may not make it to Q2.
