On Feb 9th and March 9th, 1,000 at Change Healthcare we're caught in the RIF (Reduction In Force).
May we all find peace and acceptance for what comes next so that any negativity does not carry over into an interview. I say this with all sensitivity because I also respect grieving a job loss after giving so much.

Human capital lmao…this company treats people as disposable. And why doesn’t everyone who has left tell the true big story about annual raises that average 1%. Talented people go elsewhere, slugs stay and quietly quit!

Check out the execs pay top 7 overall comps ~ $75 MIL in 2021. How many jobs could have been spared? The bigger they get the greedy they become. White collar crimes have been committed and punished for less! The C level are incentivized by bottom line this is easy task (RIF) to show their “stellar” performance NOT!!
