Wells Fargo states they have a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion yet this initiative does not support working parents, those with mental health issues or those that live in low income areas and may only have one car, etc. They did not take into account commute times so some are driving over an hour each way. Stop messing up Wells Fargo. Everytime we turn around its something. Charlie is running this company into the ground, trying to sell us off and not pay SCL. We as employees will not put up with this. Open ethics line cases, contact the CBB, call Elizabeth Warren if you need to. It's time to get him out of Wells Fargo.

@1svv+1d2LwWcW - Family status is a protected class in some states, including mine. Study up buttercup!
Parenthood is not a protected class. It has nothing to do with diversity.
Diversity does not exist for people of faith, not at WF!
Agree they don't understand the issue facing working parents. It isn't the same as before covid. It was hard before, now it is 1000% times harder.
RTO disproportionally affects people and communities of color. This has to stop.
RTO is a joke. Many of us were WFH prior to Covid. There is ZERO point to sitting in an office. Many of us have teams split in multiple states. Nothing is going to change for the better sitting in an office. WF is not helping the environment by forcing people to commute. We need to stand up to this stupidity!
I can't RTO because I've become too accustomed to not wearing pants
I can’t RTO my cats will miss me too much. How dare Charlie do this to me?
Call Elizabeth Warren. I'll pass.
Working parents didn't exist two years ago
LOL working parent, honestly who cares?
Oh didn’t y’all hear we are going to be featuring Regina King in upcoming ads? That proves we are a diverse company 🙄.

For this web site that doubles for a shrink's sofa, we thank thee O Great One.
So funny how the crazy guy with sour grapes about WFH splits up his comments, like we can't all tell it's the same vitriolic nut posting twice within a minute.
I have worked from home for many years as has my entire department of several hundred . What are you talking about? Is that you, Charlie?
You nailed it. We need to stand up for what is right and it's not Charlie Scharf. He did this at his last company and there were so many complaints and lawsuits they pulled it back. Let's do this!
Better shape up and work within three consecutive missed days for an occurrence rather than five and that new 12 month rolling period! Got sick kids? Family issues? Better show up or get canned, we’re not a charity
Did you just become a working my parent? Did you just move to a low income area? Did you always have one car? You were doing it before the pandemic, so those excuses won't fly
