I can't seem to get a straight answer. Isn't it against company policy for an employee to be literally all alone by themselves in the store? And I mean no Rx employees, just one FS person.

i talk to Lp my self and at no time and anigiven are we to be alone in store do to things can happend and if somthing happens you and store manager will be fierd bottom line .
don't forget the 'rob me' sign
cannot be alone at anytime, more of a safety issue than anything
Policy is you can be 23alone.
U can open alone but should be 2 to close
It’s all about the daylight .
We brake policy all the time.
It’s a policy violation not to follow this but , your not gonna get fired over it ,
@1tcd+1hbcVdGO If the company policy is not to be alone in the store, but the DL is "conviently looking the other way", then yes they absolutely should be held accountable!
That’s d-mb. Why with the DLs and AP be held acct when the SMs write the damn schedule?
Policy says not to be closing store alone yet mgrs afraid to close up store. Dms look the other way or pretend not to know. Yet when something goes wrong it’s the stores fault. A culture of greed and sc--w the people at the store. Heads of Lp and Dms on up should be the ones held accountable.
You cannot be alone with out Rx , if something happens you get fired along with store manager.
Stupid question, but wouldn't being alone be a loss prevention issue? And yet it's ok to open alone?
We can be alone to open the store, but have to have 2 to close the store. For me, Saturday and Sunday store is open at 9. Rx doesn't open until 10. Alone til they open.
You can’t be alone unless you’re low volume or missing carepass numbers
