@1tlm+1qJJmTm9 why can't you buy it?
@1udk+1qJJmTm9 here. Those are my numbers. Sure I could be lying but take it at face value for a second. The only thing I could be doing would be gaslighting at best, but those aren't exactly amazing numbers to get bent about.
All of this is just an a gaslighting academic exercise anyways. Unless you know the grade/level, base and then increases as a % we're all just pi----g into the wind. For all anyone knows I could be a P3 at the far low end of the scale so my year over year 7+% merit increases might only be the equivalent of $8k total. If someone got 0-2% Merit who's to say they aren't already at the top of their pay bracket and are just mad they feel they should get more?
Not buying all thie merit increases above 2%, unless everyone here is an exception..

Inflation already outpaced last year's merit and this year's. Eff this place.
for higher level jobs like p5 or mid to sr level Managers m2/3 bonus is usually in the 30-40% range if not more and most are approaching or exceeding 200k base. merits tend to be 1-3%
Meets expectations
3% increase (same as last year)
20k bonus (2k more than last year)
@kdg+1qJJmTm9 should not impact you much. The money is slimmer this year and exceeds typically means you are heading toward a promotion then you dip down to the bottom of the barrel and start over but your barrel will be fuller to start.
You are likely not going to see a big change. The rating should give you maybe more security? I say that maybe because i have seen really good people walked out last year
If you are under market and meets you should see the standard increase or same as last year. If you are over market and meets you are hitting your own ceiling and will not see caps on salary and your bonus wont make up for it. Time to look for a promotion or you are over paid and would stay to comfortable.
Anyone getting 37% bonus reported on this forum and they are in IT they have mental issues for posting and should be playing golf or whatever with Hudson Yards. Do not believe it. They are full of BS.
There seems to be a high concentration of VERY HIGH PERFORMERS that bet 15% merit with 30 % bonus which should plant them over $200k playing on this board. REALLY

Laughable .81 cents and a joke of a bonus. Thanks Charlie after more years then I can count. Didn’t the bank hit a record profit last quarter? Thanks for sharing the love.
CFO: 12% pay increase (due to several factors - inflation, vacation home payments, boat payments, art collection needs) + $5MM restricted stock as a reward for attending 10 toastmaster session in 2023. Overall solid performance.
