Chevron management wants only softball lob questions, preferably from those on the diversity track. Criticism or tough questions only come from the "non-team players" and those with a "negative attitude".
If you've seen the numbers then you know that a significant percentage of the workforce is refusing to report and/or get a covid vaccination. Chevron is fooling themselves if they think that the stick approach will increase vaccination rates.
Got to love a company that tells you to respect others and not to judge them on physical looks, backgrounds, opinions, etc. Well, except if it come to Vax or non Vax
Did she tell everyone there would be Vax mandates. I heard that in my BU project meeting today. Also heard the rigs are going to have a Vax mandate.

They are tired of hearing the truth from people. Im glad someone at least asked about the lack of advancement opportunities. I see that as well as there are few ways to move up anymore.
They want honesty that they agree with.
RIP PollEV. So much for feedback rich culture. Nobody wants honestly.
