I am so proud of my team. The entire reserve steel has every single pallet in the club labeled and binned with CIM labels. Every water pallet. Every paper pallet. Everything. Kudos!

I guess you have audited every reserve bin I can assure you you will not be 100% unless your club does very little in sales.
Don’t care about getting coached. Still going to get that 2% 😉
@1tvu+1auRY3pY Open the trailer and scan a label before you waste an hour unloading. Call the DC and ask them to fix it. Give the DC boss an hour or so to fix it before you make things worse for your team and your members. If that doesn't work for you, make your own labels. Ask for help, tell a team lead or a manager. Making your own labels takes time, but it will prevent a coaching.
Let's just hope you all maintain it. Ours is always like that after inventory. Then ends up not after a month. Cause it's hard to maintain. The labels on the Steel always stay. But attaching pallets to it tends to fall by the way side. There is just an insane amount of movement. Like daily. I have no idea how they are expected to get it all done. I'm not even in merch. But i can see how it's almost impossible to maintain.
Usually get a 1 dc truck ever week or two that won’t scan. I just say F it and rack the truck without scanning it in. Not my fault the DC can’t do there job. Water and paper the store manager said not to worry about putting tags on it because no one scans it out any way.
So now we're going to just start lying on this page okay I see how it is.
Just have to maintain it, daily. Good job
