@1tw The Premier 2.0 DW epically messed up! Improper leadership on his part - he has ZERO creditability in the Bank or CU space. After this, the fact he gets to walk the halls with a smile is extremely demotivating. No high performer will work with him, I hear they are all running out of credit union now he is there
Any thoughts on the Premiere 2.0 initiative he started ? I thought that was pretty spot on as we need to reduce the number of cores.
Rules do not seem to apply to him. Dud is so slick. Have to think people will see his level of non engagement. Clients and teams are already struggling. This show so clearly how Fiserv does not care about Credit Unions.

I don’t know if being a segment leader for just credit union is a promotion. Feels like a major demotion considering he owned all of core and even some of the surrounds. Sort of feels like an admission he can’t handle it and he’s just being slowly phased out by being given the much lower revenue segment. Agree though, he’s been a thoroughly unimpressive leader and has been in the position to make a difference for a LONG time and only ever seems to choose to let our clients suffer.

I’ve worked with DW at Fiserv and he is a great leader who truly cares about the team members in his org. While I was at at Fiserv, I never heard anyone complain about him and only heard positive things from the people who sat near him in Alpharetta.
Complete fumble at the 1-yard line by appointing Dud to this role. Haven’t met a single person including his peers that has a good thing to say. How does this happen?? He will bleed talent while elevating himself
@ae Have you talked to people in his Org?? They can never seem to find him and he always seems to be on the phone with Mike or Divya so you are right... they must see his capabilities but the rest of the Org and Clients are stupid. You are a Dud too! Is this his chief of staff posting.. LMAO
Disagree with you, He is solid leader and Dhivya won’t promote anyone without capabilities. She is pressing hard for growth and stability. Have some faith and stop whining about everything.
He doesn’t know anything about FIG! Mike made a HUGE mistake promoting him! It will cost him all the good people in that segment. Clients find him useless

I have to say it is quite amazing how little he knows about core banking yet stays in his leadership level.
