Everyone was excited to WFH. It made it easier for the company to offshore many more calls. Now the company has to cut the fat, which is call center reps.. it’s that simple folks. Now we’ll see how strong the union is.

How many cousins can one man have? Also that $30 cost is total horse sh-t fed to managers which get fed to reps. If it was that much they wouldn’t have Pacquiao boys answering the call and then transferring them to each other 3 times

If they got rid of the 3rd party vendors they’d save a ton of Money. They’re worthless and transfer every call with no resolution. Each transfer costs 30 bucks supposedly, so every time Manny Pacquiaos cousin transfers a call, they do it to the wrong department which leads to multiple transfer. More money spent. Just drop them and have Americans..

@1bjw+1kGngSd8 There actually isn’t. Most of it is off shore and being paid pennies and giving pennies worth of service. But we will take a cut regardless while customers will be asked to please do the needful. Stores should expect more customers pi---d off at customer care.
