Ever notice when auto sales are down that amazingly an insured recall mysteriously pops up? Manufacturers insure themselves heavily for any future recalls. A great money maker if in a pinch. The only ones not connecting the dots are insurance companies.

If “our future rests entirely on subscription revenue,” we have no future.
If we had any significant subscription revenue, they would be publishing it as a line item.
The reality is that we need to worry less about this kind of quality concern. Our dealers can fix these problems when they have time.
We need to focus more on subscription services and softeare-defined vehicles.
Our future rests entirely on subscription revenue. We need to get ahead of this now or we will all regret it.
Wonder how many automotive manufacturers also own the insurance business? Same as farming. Crop insurance covers sales loss due to bad weather. The money is always provided. No gamble.
Climate change is to blame 😉
Forget recalls and look at $$ paid out by insurance companies last week for alleged computer hacks on car dealerships while sales slump and a pending war might make sales worse soon?
While home insurance prices soar, the blame is only hurricanes. How much loss is on the insured recent transmission recall? Insurance companies are asleep and lose bets that a claim will never be made. The common homeowners pay for the tricks of Big corporations. But since the homeowner now cannot afford the inflated home insurance, they can no longer afford a new car. Big corp. stumps its own toe.
