Thanks for motivating me BK! I am one of those hotshot that left after your degrading, insensitive, and disrespectful comment. And yes, I Ianded at another better company for better overall compensation package and environment where people trust me in delivering work without micromanaging. And yes, I can also work from home and am staying productive in meeting my work demands. You go back to your fake demotivating speech and behavior within EMIT. EMIT employees already know what sort of pathetic leader you are and will be tolerated by your bosses for each your gains.

BK, EMIT's Vice President, told everyone in the forum that if they thought they could increase their salary by jumping ship then he wished them Good luck! And he ended his note with a loud and arrogant "Hotshot!"
This has become quite viral. The guy's nerve and arrogance is sobering.
He, and other management, have no idea of the damage done by ole BK. Otherwise he’d be shoveling dog po-p in Guyana.
