Can anyone confirm if PRO hours are not included with NIKE severance package? I’m hearing rumors they are declining to payout.

Its on their books as accrued wages, so it has to be paid out.
Speaking from experience... they pay it.
@1uwq, everyone knows that. These hours are "perks" not earned hours.
Sabbatical hours are not paid out.
The pto is separate from the severance. Its part of wages you are entitled to. They will pay it out period.
Yes, @hfj, taxes will be deducted from everything, PTO and regular wages
yes they will pay you your unused pro hours after taxes
Agree with @avz. Nike policy does NOT clearly state that they will not pay it; therefore, it is open for interpretation and debate and thus MUST be paid to the employee. Be carful what you sign in terms of documents and ask questions - many questions.
"Oregon’s rules on PTO payout are a little trickier than other states’. According to their website, you may need to include accrued vacation time in an employee’s final wages if your policy is open to interpretation."
I’m pretty sure it’s a legal requirement in Oregon because they’re earned wages.
