There is no better advice than to polish your resume and get out of here as soon as possible. I hesitated because I thought that the situation here would improve a bit, but today I am definitely preparing an exit plan. I have no hope that it will get better, they obviously intend to replace everyone with cheaper labor.

Yes. Have an exit plan. It is a good market for people seeking jobs. Update your linkedin profile and make it available for job search/hire. I have gotten multiple reach outs. Be SURE to list any skills you have - could be a specific software system, database skills, networking skills, etc. Be specific and list everything.
This organization is struggling and looking for any way to cut costs. Be smart.
