Curious what other managers have received for bonus pool funding and what LOB you’re from.

Funding is flat. Meaning nobody is getting the amounts provided in the guidance tools provided.
It's an absolute farce of a system.
Plenty of Bone Us to go around this year,
Managers don’t see the bonus pool in the comp tool, it’s provided to them either by their comp specialist or their boss.
I am a manager of managers, and my total bonus pool is flat to prior year, adjusting for new hires and departures.
So much incorrect information here.
Managers should see the pool for their directs soon. Numbers won’t be finalized for a good 2 months, but the draft allotments to all their directs will be made very soon.
I haven’t seen numbers yet, but was verbally told that they are looking similar to last year, which is Good.
Bei Ling got me an increase of 5% over last years numbers
I thought your manager can choose what your bonus is?

Hopefully everyone gets paid max. That’s what I’m rooting for 100% of so many good people there deserve it!
Your manager won’t know what you are getting for a bonus until the numbers are finalized in January, just before the payout.
No matter how much pool is available in your LOB, in the end, it is always at the discretion of your boss. If you are their favorite, they will always give your team a good amount of money. If they don't like you, they will always give your team a small amount of money. But you are not allowed to know how exactly they allocate because you are below their paygrade. Need to know basis!
I don’t think those numbers are available until December. Heard it’ll be tighter this year.
The Coach Di-k days are long gone.
When can the manager actually distribute the bonuses per employee in the system. Thought it was now, no?
This exact question was asked yesterday. Stop trying to bury posts.
Agreed, you can't see it in the tool, but you're told what your pool is. That's what OP is asking.
most managers dont see the bonus pool in the comp tool. only certain levels of leadership do
