Can you think of one positive thing right now that the company is doing? Just one?

Cost cutting. Getting rid of their employees. Demoralizing and demeaning their employees. Monitoring their employees-keyboard strokes, badges swipes, cameras all over every office.
@1vyt I don't find it odd at all -- Fiserv is so mentally abusive that it leaves permanent scars and the only way to alleviate some of that is to come here and warn others about falling into the same trap.
Do you find it odd that so many people who don’t work here anymore come here and post? I do.
"Now, most people I speak with love their teams but hate the company, which is why so many are bailing."
This was the exact reason why I left, as well. I had the best manager I could have asked for, and a talented and easy-going team around me. It was such a hard decision for me to leave, but I simply could not, in good conscience, continue working for Fiserv the company. It's a horrible company with unbelievably low morale. Part of my motivation to leave was the desire to work remotely full time, and the realization that this would never be possible under the current leadership team. So, I made the difficult decision to move on. I still miss my team and my manager immensely, but Fiserv's upper-level leadership can go to he-l.
They are good at laying people off.
They have that layoff thing down to a science!
Fiserv was a great company BEFORE frank took the reigns. Now, most people I speak with love their teams but hate the company, which is why so many are bailing. I cant even begin to count how many people I personally know who have left or will be leaving soon. Its incredible...
Saving lots of money by getting rid of a bunch of people
