I mean, if we beat earnings and revenue is up year-over-year, there's no need for cost cuts? I'm sure the leadership only does cuts when they absolutely have to. Instead, we're going to be commended for job well done and we'll all probably get bonuses and raises, right? /sarcasm, in case it isn't obvious
