IA CFO has always been low performing and angry. IA top leader is a confusing choice. New attorney was the PMT attorney and is decent. HR is invisible but that’s been the normal mode for 10 years or more for PMT, with a few short periods of performance. It doesn’t seem that different from the RG time period. KW is easier to work for than LB so I’m just glad not to be in IA.
I am not going to be naming names but have you guys not realized yet how bad the new leadership team across IA is now.
There are two in particular that make JW look like an angel, I don't think it has dawned on people how rough it is about to get. Forget the names of the past, open your eyes to the present!!

I work at Honeywell because I am too old to move. I complain about Honeywell because I lived better times and remember when customers respected Honeywell. You would be surprised by the number of band 5 people who privately vent on this forum even though they risk their job.

I bet that most of the complainers on here are not voluntary Honeywell employees. They are employees of companies Honeyhell acquired and then subsequently destroyed with malice and neglect. DA and John Boy were very instrumental in the destruction of Intelligrated for instance. We had a pretty good situation until Honeywell. The work was demanding and the compensation reasonable. After Honeywell, the work became impossible and the compensation continually reducing. It's all about executive compensation and nothing else.
That and all of the lies from the ELT.

Oh boy Honeywell workers, grow up and embrace the company or leave the company, is this a decision that is too hard or are you not really employable due to attitude issues? Honeywell would love to replace you complaining employees with employees who have pride in their skills and to be working at Honeywell.
