@1xiy+1pKExbO6 Similar in IT infrastructure. 30 people on a weekly project call.
- The people who actually contributed - 1 purchased service (remote US), 3 purchased service (Brazil), 1 Dearborn
- The people who did not contribute but sat on mute and have no assignments - 6 India, 14 Dearborn.
- The people running their mouths and clearly full of it - 4 Dearborn
- The PM - Dearborn
Frankly I don’t know why Ford doesn’t just outsource all of Ford IT infrastructure to Kyndrl. Shift all the IT infrastructure employees to Kyndrl and let Kyndrl do what Ford is unwilling to do - fire all the deadbeats and FandF.
In weekly meetings for 2 na lvea vehicle programs I support 80% of engineering attendees are calling in from brazil or mexico. They should properly call them lcc vehicle programs.
Here's the article........Billy & Jimmy running it into the ground and sending American jobs to other countries to save $$$$$$. Questions what Americans are going to purchase these vehicles?

Well no $hit. I can’t read the article but this is a no brainer. Getting from early adoption to mass adoption is going to take better technology and infrastructure and related to Ford specifically, we need to get our quality up.
Hey brah - can't read the article. need a subscription. Can u post on here?
