@2mvf+1k6uVvsR, read the FAQS. there is mention of who is not eligible. Seems at a corp level. Also seems BUs can determine eligibility (within the law, of course).
@2zys+1k6uVvsR I get that. My question is, if not all are eligible to apply for voluntary in AXG, is the messaging that they want to retain those folks or is it that Intel is indifferent as to whether they leave or stay? Because a better way might have been to deny people who applied for voluntary that they want to retain
@2qgx Groan. Keep up.
We're talking about leaving with a severance package. Of course the company can't stop you from leaving voluntarily.
@2qgx+1k6uVvsR You are free to leave, but without severance package.
What do you mean not all in AXG? Like if someone wants to leave voluntarily how they stop that?
If in AXG*
@1xxo+1k6uVvsR, would that likely mean if in a good, able to apply, and applied would likely get voluntary?
Heard not all in AXG elegible to apply also.
AXG CPM volunteer window is open until 12\16..
@1xxo+1k6uVvsR I guess that's a good thing then that they're not letting their talent just walk out the door
- 9% chance that you'll get it if you request it. The only organization that I heard of that even had restrictions for voluntary was AXG.
All who applied in one Fab34 CS area were rejected.
It's all I want for Christmas.
Please Santa, I've been bad!
Word in the street is, if you applied you’re going to get it.
