The air vents and the open floor plan make it impossible to hear my work calls sometimes... not looking forward to it being even louder with more people

Stupid office. Don't know where to start. What we need is a good workplace. Except for the sit/stand and charger the table and furniture is grossly inadequate

The parking is built for larger cubicles not for packing people in like cattle. They should atleast have had more separations. Looks awful

It’s “state of the art” if your “art” is collecting tax incentives.

The pictures on the homepage look worse than cubes it looks like a call center…so uninviting.

I laugh at my old HR colleagues that have been posting upbeat tour videos of BH on LinkedIn. Do they actually think that in 2022 a beige and gray cube farm in suburban NJ is attractive to anybody? It’s close to Franks house that’s why it’s there. When he moves on eventually it may go the way of older “Innovation Centers, Labs etc”

And you expected? Something other than a sea of cube farms? Actual workstations?
It’s an office in a gasping office park.
Trying to “reimagine” itself, which means it was failing to begin with.
I’m glad I didn’t fall for the relocation to the brilliant innovation center Berkeley heights.
I pity those who did and have found themselves stuck for 2 years in a place that isn’t what was presented.

Needs more cowbell. And less guido.
