Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Note To Job Recruiters: Stop Asking Me To Come Back To Fiserv!

I've posted this everywhere else, I may as well post it here:

I am sick and tired of seeing messages from job recruiters asking if I want to come back to work for Fiserv. I left for a reason. I would rather eat broken glass and wash it down with gasoline than to ever work for FISV and their toxic leadership, culture, and laughable 'values'.

Seriously, what is it going to take to get you mo--ns to stop messaging former employees? None of them want to come back.

Laughing out loud and the pooched lips, OFD/HR fanboys.

I am getting plenty of recruiter noise regarding Fiserv positions.

Why the heck would I go back to a paycut, Orwellian monitoring, cr–––y bennies, no bonuses/pay raises, a culture of bullies and project mgrs making impossible promises to vendors?

They did me a favor by making me redundant. I'm a lot richer, happier, and treated like a human being.

@1zko+1avB9Ljo : Lie harder, boyo.

Not OP, but also real sick of getting begged to return to that shizhole. You id--ts haven't even bothered to check market either, else you'd know that you're not offering anywhere near enough to entice even the ignorant. Did you jackalopes no-joke run out of naïve coof-casualties to hire from or something?

Well i moved from Fiserv this year, and got an 80% increase in pay. The grass is much greener on the other side of Fiserv. Don't believe the HR tool below, and recruiters asking prior Fiserv employees back. Means they realize the value of the people that are leaving the company, which is a good sign.

Fiserv has turned into quite an embarrassment as of late. Practically every manager is a director now and acts like a bully, stealing their employees' ideas and passing them as their own. If you try to speak up about something that isn't right, you'll be shunned for resisting First Data's bad practices and will ultimately be cut.

Good try I wouldn’t ask a former Fiserv person to come back to clean the floors, that includes Jeff who got canned!
