Don’t be a faker resign like a big dawg would. Give 2 weeks or more and leave. The place will still be a circus show full of donkeys and pony’s. Who will chase the carrot if people had some back bone and gave it to Corprate America maybe things would change. But to many fake talkers in Schenectady. From the bottom up to HR and above. Everyone is afraid of change and standing up for what’s right.
Don’t give up brother, we need people like you even though the path is harder.
Would love to see us all educating each other and having more Union Unity, notice root word Uni.
