Attrition is continuing to rise. Why the lies from above that our attrition is normal? It's not normal. Morale is lower than low. No one wants to be back in the office. Get it over with and just chip us so you know where we are at all times. RTW was very depressing.
Is anyone paying attention at the top? We can't continue to run like this. People are dropping like flies.

Everyones journey at Nike is different. Mine has had its ups and downs. Today more of a down.
I come to this site to seek a different perspective and can be critical thinker when reading what others are dealing with. Does it apply to me or doesn’t it ? Those that don’t want that should look to another site. I for one appreciate everyones honesty and ability to be true to themselves.
@2aut your right about knowledge lost. Something Nike under appreciates is that people who have been here awhile know how to get stuff done. We’ve already lost three people in my group since January including a 21 year Nike vet. Every time one of them walks out the door it’s like a gut punch to both productivity and morale.

@1pvh, why are you even on this site if you don’t want to hear people complain (aka telling uncomfortable truths)? The attrition is a major problem, and sadly the quality of work has suffered due to all the time lost onboarding and knowledge lost.
All you complainers had two years to find a remote job…but here you still are.
Maybe it’s time to look in the mirror and accept a some things about yourself.
