Rumors that there will be no yearly bonus, and that the quarterly field prod bonus is eliminated. Anyone know if there is any truth to these rumors?

Bonuses will payout mid to late February. I also believe that the combined company has hit target employee reductions. COC’s are now being denied.
I am still at Oxy and I disagree with you @2bpf+13eYkZTs. Oxy lost a lot of very good people to the VSP offers up front, and just recently did the layoff hit others. I know of a few that are leaving in a few months, and they are very good workers as well. in my opinion the company is worse off for having some leave under the VSP, but at least Oxy offered it and stood by it. I wish them all the best, but in some cases the company lost out because these were really good workers.
@2bpf, that's a mo–nic statement. Most of the Legacy APC employees that I know who stayed without taking the VSP or CoC, are those who are worried about their future job prospects outside of Oxy. Some because of their field (Geos), and others because of their skills. Many strong and high performers left, because they were able to take the CoC, and then easily land a great job elsewhere. Obviously that's not the case for everyone, as there are some very good Legacy APC employees still with Oxy. But in our organization, if you list off all of the top performers, they all left, and are very happy for it. But I do wish those who stayed well, and I do hope you all get fat bonus checks. We did!

Low-performing and disliked employees only who took VSP or CoC? I think you have it a bit sideways in your weak assessment. Perhaps your attitude is a harbinger of bad things to come.
I don’t know about legacy APC CoC’ers, but I’m legacy Oxy who took VSP after 12+ years as a Strong performer. Was going to retire in May 2020 no matter what, so VSP is giving me two years pay in less than a year, got all my LTI stock, with pension SRP to be paid out over several years.
Just with VSP, my monthly gross is way more than Hunter Biden was making at Burisma😀in Ukraine.
To boot, I’ve already had several weeks of contract work with more in the pipeline for the remainder of 2020. VSP has been (and continues to be) very very good to me.

To be honest, all the low performers are now gone on VSP or COC. Everyone that is left are high performers working our tails off while we watch low performers walk away with fat packages. Not many layoffs were in the DJ in the last round which is good because we are bare bones. Scrambling to stay ahead of everything at the moment. Hoping that we can convince management to backfill some of the positions soon so we can prevent a major safety incident or major infractions with the state. Bonuses will be coming because if not, more would file COC and the business can't handle that. Just hoping those who stayed get rewarded as much as the low performing and disliked employees got for walking away.
Bonuses are still to come. Had some bonuses a couple weeks back when karma came round and some of you evil bigots lost your jobs. More bonuses coming up in the future.
No bonus equals free COC for whoever still wants to get out. All people that already took COC got bonus at 150% so I highly doubt we’re not getting bonuses. OXY has done nothing to show that they’re out to get us. They’ve been pretty damn good about everything so far.
Why do people make up stuff like this. The rumors are not true. Bonuses will be paid. Quarterly field production bonus has not been eliminated. Jeez.
