Well, it is all fun and games, until management does a re-org and you get cut. Karma. Ford is full of mis-management and has major financial losses. (Billions) Stick your head in the sand and pretend nothing is wrong.

This is a layoff website. The two last text have been written by scumbag part of the problem at Ford that accepts second class citizen that do more work than they do. I won't stop complaining. Voices of hundreds need to be heard. I am after people like you, corporate and that do not care about anything than their big bellies.

Either post about something that is interesting to discuss or spend the time enhancing's your resume to find another job that you can complain about!

Hell, that scumbag probably got promoted or at least a hefty raise out of cost saving idea.
