The funny thing is the ones that complain the most, are staying because they don’t have the knowledge or experience to leave. Anyone who knows what they’re doing is gone or in the process of jumping ship.

Hahahaha, I bet this kid thought things were running great when Jay was in charge too. This time last year they thought Crown was unstoppable and the almighty EMT had great plans to make the stock price go back up. I’d also bet they had a picture of Jay in their cubical where they would often find themselves lost in a daze admiring it. It’s both sad and funny at the same time that people like this exist.

Sorry 1was+1qWTD9D2, I don't work at SP and not sure anyone there feels entitled. SP hosted many calls. As you remember the SP staff was faced with a major life event courtesy of the EMT. The EMT are leaders, maybe they should get out of their comfort zone. Love to see them do these in a different office each quarter.

In a few months we can see if Elliott has confidence that Houston has the ability to turn this around.
If Houston, or SP, can't develop a plan to increase returns maybe fiber and small cell are worth more with someone else.
What won't help is complaining about Towers or SP. Those folks created the cash that allowed JB and crew to dabble in fiber. Maybe this could have been avoided had they met with Elliott a couple years ago. Difficult to be objective when you ignore other views.
What the people from SP forget is that Crown Communications is no more. Castle Tower Corp has completed the ouster of any semblance of Crown as HQ is in Houston, where Castle Tower was HQ'ed. If an office has the capabilities of holding the company conversation then it should be at a different office location every time. The SP office is not special, however it is the largest office by far. Why would they not want to be in front as many people as possible? Having the same 400 people in Houston attend time after time is just d-mb.

Looks like they are going to shut down the canonsburg office! The EMT did the same thing last year only to send an email 2 months later saying that they will shut down the office
I wouldn’t say they were asking for forgiveness but they were certainly putting on a show to make everyone think all is well. Kinda like JB did when he came to the Southpointe BBQ in August smiling and handshaking after gutting towers… only to turn around in October to let everyone know they were designated to Houston…
They did this right before the massive layoff last year…..it’s obvious what they are up to

Seems like they would be a little less tone deaf. You can say SP is not being marginalized but actions seem otherwise.
