The list of names impacted by the next round was already established during the last round. They cut the high salaries and low performers to run as lean as possible up until the sale is complete at which time most people from network are sent packing rather than to the buyer.
On fiber side, management has dropped soo many clues of sale and more layoffs. One example, we are installing small handholes since we aren't concerned bout future fiber. In other meeting comment was "make yourself more valuable so you won't be impacted by next round of layoffs".

I have way too much work to do to cover for all of the people who are gone and who are “quiet quitting”(thanks a lot a—-holes”).
I need to continue to earn a paycheck until I find the right escape pod to get off of Spaceball One…since dark helmet seems to be at the helm right now.
Seems I have stumbled into a PM, & SRMGR forum as this is typical behavior not quiet quitting.
I have actual responsibilities which help pay for your silent quitting work so I work. You guys must be PMs.
All employees should just coast and look for a new job based on the writing on the wall. Corporate EMT doesn’t care about employees, fiber sales, fiber Installtion and, existing fiber and small cell maintenance. So sad. I feel bad for the fiber and small cell customers. CCI stock is dropping.

Looks like management is quite quitting...everything we are doing in fiber is too little too late. Might as well coast it...take our PTO..use it or lose it.
