So much for anonymous. I doubt it ever has been.

I totally agree with you, 100%. Nuff said!
@2fsc+17v3QcOL: No, they don’t sound like Union workers or they wouldn’t be afraid of being retaliated against for answering a survey honestly.
Are you kidding? If I have negative things to say about my company quit?!?!? Literally go f— yourself.
just take the damn survey and quit crying about it. You people sound like union workers... I swear to god! 🙄
And if you have negative things to always say about the place you work, QUIT!
It's a joke. Its just a few questions that are vague and very generic. If they wanted our actual opinion. They would have had a place to type our concerns.
Every answer comes back as a direct reflection on your GM. I don’t answer honestly because of that.
What it’s not Anonymous nooo I never saw this coming. How will I ever recover. Also love the attire survey. Let them know how we look like Walker Texas ranger.
I remember not too long ago I was the last rep that needed to take the survey. And I received a text from my manager asking me to take it. How did she know that I hadn’t taken it yet? I was so confused. It’s supposed to be anonymous right?
Now that we are on team commissions nobody should be afraid to give an accurate negative survey .
Yes leadership does make changes based on our feedback. We all complained about the 1-1 ratio in stores and that managers were deviating from the covid rules for stores. So what does leadership do? They changed the covid playbook to allow a 1- family ratio and more customers in the store. You can’t make this stuff up.
Just tell em what they wanna hear it’s not like they care anyway... we still look like inmates at a detention center in our denim Unis they never listened.. they just use this against us later on when they make changes and say this is based on our feedback
Only non-union people are afraid to answer Pulse surveys honestly. I’ve been giving negative feedback for years whenever it’s warranted. I’ve never once heard about it or felt retaliation of any kind.
Yep. That's why I usually lie on any survey. Tell 'em what they want to hear.
