Working at Dell has become miserable, but there’s no need to pretend that you can’t wait to get laid off. Why is everyone acting like they don't care about their job here? I will stop caring about my job here only when I find a new job. Until then, I'll be trying to keep this job for as long as possible.

Tell dell is a joke. I was told by my manager it was anonymous and real changes happen. I later learned it was not anonymous- and the top 3 request on the output - no changes were made.
Only H1b frauds are at Dell.
you dont care for the job at dell dummy. you just care for the paycheck till a new one arrives.
this is literally a case of those who are laid off will be better off.
What's to care about: deplorable and incompetent front line managers, talent and aptitude replaced by woke racist/sexist moonshot hiring goal quotas, directors and VP's who only lookout for themselves, nepotism, high unreachable sales targets, diminishing commissions, the retaliatory "Tell Dell" survey (what a joke), talent exodus, irrelevant Enterprise technology, overworked team members, newbies with no real world experience... etc, etc.
