Has anyone got the 'ok' to start communicating EOY comp yet? I know it's usually early afternoon.

Despite keeping the intraday running for more than the 9-5 time frame everyday, which also contributes to the firm’s ability to be able to brag about the earning every quarter, I also only got a mere 1.5%, while our papa Diamond getting a fat bonus. Pretty sure they want us to quit to save severance, but no worries, I will just quiet quit. You get what you paid for, my dear managers :)

Me too!! 2 strong and 1 meet. 1.5%. But my manager is a lazy POS and gave me a song and dance about not having a budget, blah, blah blah. But I am not worried. I just work for the benefits. That manager will get their day.

If people can't take hints, they will learn the Hard way in the coming months. It's a life skill to read the room and understand basic human behavior--your manager is not going to come right out and say you're God awful and that you should leave, they say it like this.. it's up to you if you have no other ambitions in life and stay at a place that youre not wanted. End of Story.

One strong and two meets expectations and my salary increase was about 2.5 percent. They want more people to quit.

My work performance review is on track but the firm’s raise is not. So if working hard but not getting any return, no point of going above and beyond. Time to quite quit

My salary increase was barely 1.5%.

What happened to Cost of living adjustment at bare minimum? How are we expected to survive the worst economic downturn since WWII?

Extremely worried. 602.

Heard from my manager this afternoon. VP, rated SSS. Got 14% bonus. I'm in a non-sales role.

I'm on 20-40% less than people at my level who joined after me so anything that comes will be gold. It will be another year of watching people buying new cars and houses while I wonder what else I need to cut except my veins to finish the month with some money left

lol I am a VP who got 6% with SSO in 2023... so I am hoping for at least 10% but ideally 15-20% this year in 2024

by default, VP position should receive 15% - 20% bonus in JP.

8% would be a good year, never seen the bonuses people mentions in the papers but I guess when the salary is already low you can't expect much
