It's pretty dark humor, but gotta love the idea of clients trained to call associates personal phones over time, then all let go... Genius move there 1 Broadway!

good point. The BYOD was such a bad idea and now clients who may call former employees will find out the truth. Since we're no longer part of Fiserv, I suggest we start forwarding any client call to FIS

I wonder if Fiserv is regretting the BYOD decision now. Phone numbers are owned by the person, not the company. Lots of client calls going to go to those folks.

@2cjz+1j8Hg22R Clients don't get any information beforehand. Afterwards they get told there has been a reorganization or reshuffling of responsibilities.

Nothing ever about layoff, not officially.

Entire product teams have been disbanded and laid off (CS, PS, product, Dev..etc) while paying clients that rely on those teams are kept in the dark. How is FB planning to support these clients?

Contractors had zero rights at work and could be terminated at any time. That is true for most workers but there were no costs for contract emps. Just - thank you, go home. Or not renew the position. They could take as many days off as wanted just not get paid one dime. It would be a solution then for FB to fire everybody and replace with total work force of contract emps.

Very little chance for contractors to survive this storm and employees also it is a waiting game .. some words heard from senior leader deep cuts coming .. hurricane is going to hit us on the face this time .. honestly don’t care much of lay-off it’s waiting game that sucks..
