You can still log in and see what's being changed there's no need to be given notice, and anyone going down means someone else is going up. The budget is the budget. I have teammates who are adjusted down by the ivory Tower as well as ones who are adjusted up.
@3leh+1qDsvDHf Upper management has been tweaking the numbers we give BS for 6 years running and we get 72-24 hours notice of the change.
FYI the change never moves the numbers up.
What do you mean no one knows? Managers had to submit their teams numbers last week. Plenty of people know and plenty of people have talked about it so it's out there.
Folks, nobody knows anything about what we are getting. Everything on here is speculation. Your opinion of what is going to happen is no better than someone else’s. Before you start with “We’ll my manager said this or I heard my director said this” nobody knows anything… you’re just repeating other people’s opinions. Good Day!
Stop lying to people just to stir up drama. It is not being paid out similar to last year. It's most people will be getting about half.
Network needs to be effing sold. They are such an anchor on us. Can’t JB and LN start a new company and just take them on?
Network will be paid out at a similar percentage basis as last year.
Tower is expected to take significant cut in percentage with very limited RSUs.

If we get any, they'll be according to the percentage attained on our goals. That's a very big if, since we're now paying to be consulted by our recently departed leader. The blind leading the blind. Gotta love this place!
