Performance review

My performance review was given by someone who had met me about three or four times, per se. The feedback they gave me about how to improve myself was based on those times. So at least it was personal, but they mentioned something negative on my review that they had never mentioned in person before. And that was based on three hours as opposed to a whole year of work.

Performance reviews waste of time as managers up the chain take a chunk off your STI just because others offshore messed up and you could not fix their mess. No real point going the extra mile now STI has gone back to how it was with the roundtable a pure lottery.
