interviewed with Fidelity. The requirement is that you have to come in 5 consecutive days a week once a month. THis is what they're telling candidates.

My group is scheduled for Tax Week. They usually demand over 2hrs of extra time multiple days that week. Some associates are already saying they just simply won’t do it due to travel time, etc. For salary associates there is no reward for doing the extra hours where you have to perform a different job function but they expect you to completely burn yourself out.
And the 900 bldg SMT garage is a nightmare.
