Some day, a fancy PPT slide made by a smart TA presented by a self assuring VP will show us that Intel 10nm is equivalent to others 1nm. Don't worry, be happy, ACT now!
@2naz+19KrkodN. M2 is coming on 5nm, the a$$ kicking of intel cpu will come from AMD and Apple as Pat tries to put Humpty Dumpty back together but TMG and the rest of Intel will fail and Pat’s tenure will be about as long as BS
Apple may have 3nm M2 against Intel 14nm rocket lake but Intel will beat Apple on number of diversity hires.
Remember when the story was that Intel 10nm is equivalent to everyone else’s 7nm? That excuse isn’t looking too hot these days.
Ask Intel product group if they like TMG and their happiness with that FUAR group, they sadly couldn’t place their bets. These days nobody would use TMG to manufacturing anything they are losers amd the joke of the industry.
Apple doesn’t bet, their whole business and product launch for new phones and computers! It is based on their manufacturing chain and TSMC to deliver on time, not like the jokers in TMG.
As we all have seen Apple and their suppliers haven’t missed a beat, matter of fact they have been so good that Apple is junking Intel for the supply of anything of material importance, CPUs modems etc.
TMG has been a total failure. Ask the internal product teams how Canon and Icelake schedule and launch have gone. There is a reason two CEOs and a host of SVP and VPs and fellows have all been fired or retired. Ask me and a lot more down to many AMs and GLs should be fired too!
AMD and Nvidia will be moving to 5nm soon and Intel still stuck on 14++++++++++++++ and weak and poor 10nm. There is a reason AMD is sold out and intel cutting prices to move their product. Once AMD moved to 5nm watch the story of an Epyc Ryzen of AMD and others and the fall of Intel will be complete and big firings and LAYOFF of the worker bees, be ready
TSMC is monster at execution and Apple is going to push TSMC to the limit (pay and capital)
Intel will need out their engineers to catch up good luck Intel
If i were Intel should have give up right now nothing can save Intel's fab
