Why so many visitors from Houston coming for very short meetings in Midland all the time? There needs to be more justification for making the trip. You should have enough to talk about for a five day agenda or something like that. Major workshop or something big and annual or semiannual meeting not just a normal monthly meeting. Meanwhile those of us working in Midland are told to cut cost cut cost cut cost.

Because you are failing to deliver on any metric, you need to be overseen and micro-managed.

Pre-COVID, I was sent to Singapore from the U.S. for an 8-hour meeting.
Now that everyone has forgotten about covid, it's cool again to be in transit as much and as long as possible. Back to how everything always used to be...

We should be using Zoom more instead of doing face to face meetings at many locations. So much wasted money on travel!
