Always more openings in Manila! I’m so tired of training those people. They struggle with the simplest of tasks.
I know the first layoff in 2022 leadership knew. But maybe they have changed the way they are informing of layoffs due to the leaks??
Plus Tempe got rid of all of the leadership and left one LM….. I don’t feel so secure with your comment.
Sr management here, in home lending. Nothing for 2nd quarter, but there is some heavy training happening in Manila for support departments including more CCS. Manila is gaining momentum and listen for ‘we’re getting busier, we need the help’ or ‘we need Manila’s help.’ They’re being trained with current employees in home lending. It’s only a matter of time before all support roles are given to Manila.
Lol at @2pjz+1lY7qtVb. Really!!!And what you mean.” Laying people off isn’t the firm’s style”. What type of STYLE you call all those layoff happen lately. ?
Laying people off isn’t the firm’s style. Pls rest assured and go back to your work
We're picking up steam. Doing purchases now. Lots of stress to go around. We were told no more layoffs for awhile. Have heard nothing that contradicts that. Good luck
Ask Manila!
Maybe because there is no update. Have you thought of that LOL!!
It seems the people who used to put more info or insight of the next layoff they are gone now. Lol. But we are slow still and sending stuff to Manila. I’m in Tempe.
