I put in an order in on a f160 lightning on about the 4th day after the vehicle was announced. I was about 39k on the waiting list and looked forward to the vehicle for well over a year. Only to find they increased the price multiple times before I could order. Me 40k truck turned into a 55k truck that was not available up to an even more expensive xlt and I had to pass on the opportunity when my chance finally came a few months ago. Is that treating customers like family?
