Going through the list of people I know who got laid off, and almost all of us said we didn't feel it was safe to come back in that survey they put out.
So I guess that 'anonymous' survey wasn't so anonymous.

One thing leadership does not understand is that people who actually work from home get stuff done too. If someone is a slacker while working from home, they’ll be a slacker in the office too. Not sure why that’s such a difficult thing to grasp. There’s absolutely no reason to force someone into an office if they’re already exceeding.
Nah, Im still here
@2rdd+1cSFNP04 You are obviously one of Frank's cronies! LOL. People were actually hired at Fiserv originally as remote. MANY remote employees work extra hours because its a hard transition from work to home life so if you have ethics you end up working MORE! Because you feel the need to still trash Jeff as a deflection to Frank's ridiculous, old school, control freak policies I will play along. Jeff recognized that you can attract more talent by not limiting the sourcing to one physical area. You sound so foolish with your id--tic "but Jeff, Jeff, Jeff" reply...
Dream on! Frank was brought on and JEFF sent packing to do exactly as he is doing, clean up ofs orange pixi dust work from home culture.
Surveys are not anonymous. Did you ever see a statement saying that it was? No. They, the internal market research team, knows exactly who took the survey and what they said. And I can assure you that the market research leadership team will kowtow to Frank’s “I need to know who said what” request. No one has the ba--s to stand up to that power hungry douchebag.
We need more people to post these issues on Glassdoor, leave Fiserv and make it known why, or GET FRANK OUT!
Survey responses are ALWAYS used in layoff decisions. I know, I’m in leadership
Because that person works in HR. This is also the person who said a week ago that "there would not be any layoffs. Period."
Based on the denial from HR, the Survey results were definitely used in the decisions.
And how would you know that, exactly?
Not true. Survey results were not used in layoff decisions. Period.
