Have they completely forgot abt the frontline workers or are they just abt their money?? And that too after the company makes Record Breaking Profits?? There r many dirty faces hidden in all this & in time it’ll come out to be true & Just like Sprint, VZW’s times will come soon too!!

@3sjq+17Uy60jh. The reps in the stores are not trying anymore. There is a small difference in pay when quotas are met and exceeded. RIS controls everything. Every month we are guaranteed $500 in commission and anything more I consider a bonus. Why Verizon is ok with this severe erosion of retail store profit is mind boggling.
No one that’s coming in for a new iPhone wants a hum, tablet, insurance, jet pack, etc. Occasionally these things sell when a rep is motivated to make money. Sometimes a heavy hitter rep can sell pull thru on almost every sale, how? because of commission and promotion opportunities. I’ve seen res lie and cheat customers and get rewarded with presidents cabinet. Vzw can now expect number to tank with group commissions.
@2rnm+17Uy60jh Yes phones sell themselves ...everything else not so much. All the highly profitable extras are way down. The retail stores are way down , one clear reason is the change in pay structure. Reps are clearly not selling the same way as before. I find it highly amusing that leadership wants the reps to scold each other for poor performance because we are one team. LOL
Are you really surprised by any of this? How hard is it to cell a f—ing cell phone? You were basically a living a vending machine that was highly paid.
Whats incredible im showing our miserable customer base how to order phones thru the my Verizon app for upgrades for in-storepickups. Its becomed stress free and most of the reps don't give a s_it and just focusing on getting a 9 or 10 survey score. Now with a goal of 96% thats become impossible. The front line are becoming academy awarded actors. The sore are free for all no safety protocol what so ever with do nothing sms leading the way.The stores are very unsafe at this time Can you imagine Black Friday? Its a a disgrace !
no commission will be here sooner rather than later touchless was rolled out in less than 2 months and the vending machine roll out in Q1 to stores.
Vzw is basically not paying it anyways, based on the team commission structure which we all know is c-ap. Its just their way to steer clear from Media and public eyes. We gotta stand together and put KB and other corrupt exec level people on blast. Not giving a damn on Black Friday can be a great way to start.
