We haven’t heard much but from the raises I assume they want us to leave.

How is the attrition in finance ?
which are the HC10
No future in HC10
@2rz+1wbPSpr2 I don't know I quit 3 years ago lol
Bleak.
@2pw+1wbPSpr2 So when do the heads in Houston start to roll?
KM is sending all Treasurers and Controllers offshore, the Tax Attorneys maybe a bit harder to outsource but they're even more expensive, so I wouldn't put that past her either. Zero future in finance for 99% of the folks.
Clearly telling people you should quit and your potential has been artificially capped so no future for you
Is the goal of capping the potentials out at 29 to demotivate folks for the last 10-15 years of their career here, or are they just hoping people will quit and leave?
It’s already happened with every other function (ex Corporate or Upstream Planning where they send all HIPOs) so why should finance be left alone.
@1yzw+1wbPSpr2 Did you take any English courses at A&M?
@1vnd+1wbPSpr2 Also an engineer from A&M, were the best
Finance is really basic entry level work, not much more than entering numbers in a spreadsheet, this can be done by our low cost friends in India, recommend you look for a new job
If you’re not a engineer(like myself from A&M) you’re nothing
This is your future...

Agree. Clear message. Please leave. I did. And the grass may be greener - or not. We will see! At least the money and people are better so that’s a start…
Everyone’s potential apart from the golden child’s has been artificially reduced. There will be very few exec positions left.
Despite your performance and cost of living changes, EM thinks you are all overpaid.
