Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Sams Club Buddy System

Yes,you heard it right. The Sams Club buddy system is in full swing. If you aren't in the click or in deep with the managers, don't expect your voice or opinions to be heard or taken seriously. They will cover for each other despite being so wrong in their actions. Best thing to do is make an exit strategy. This company will destroy your health, and make you lose all faith in humanity. Trust no one with anything, as they are just snakes in the grass waiting to strike.

You really don't understand how the world works, do you? At this rate, you'll never be a part of the "in" crowd.

Management, teachers, coaches, etc........all have favorites. It's usually the people that do what they're supposed to do. Come to work on time, carry out their assignments, do not complain, do extra instead of minimum. People that cry about favoritism usually do not do those things. They're average employees at best & can't be counted on.

a friend once told me that I should get a team lead position. I told him that if I did I would have to tell him he was a poor worker. As just an hourly I dont have to care about how my friendships are perceived. Nor do I have to care about others work habits. As a team leader those would be only 2 of my new burdens. Managers have no business playing faves but ... they do , relentlessly and in grand fashion.....

Someone who doesn't show favortism for the people they work well with? I think what you're looking for is a robot.

Wow, really? A manager who show favoritism is not a good leader.

The "buddy system" is usually the people someone surrounds themselves with that they trust, and apparently you didn't make the cut.
