Anybody got their money ? I was told my check was mailed a while ago, but have not received it yet. They have put in a request for stopping the old check and new check. Still waiting.. any other things I need to ask to expedite the process of treating people
Did anybody get the lump sum after selecting their option? No letter about next steps or payment yet.
Here is info from a 3rd party about the lump sum. I found it helpful

Checked the site. This is either an extremely elaborate scam, maybe internal, where they have access to some but not all info, or real, but executed very poorly.
The US Mail all looks real, but when I go to register on website with dummy info as a test, with clearly incorrect info, it just flags the password created as being incorrect, despite following all correct password rules. It didn't flag anything else, wrong DOB, social, or otherwise as being incorrect. Red flag.
If scam, might be an internal elaborate job or really lousy web interface if real.
Did anyone else get this in the mail??
100% fraudulent.
It is real. With that being said it is hilarious how scammy it is. If you call them the first thing they do is ask for social security, date of birth, address. Like a ID Theft buffet.
On a related topic, has anyone had any luck with their phone support actually accomplishing something. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my account reset and it is like the 7the layer of he-l. They just promise to follow up but miss every self imposed deadline.
OP here. I'll just call the real/known EM benefits site from a known source and ask them if it's legit. It seems legit since the letter had detailed employment info that only the real EM should know.
A friend of mine who I asked an opinion to take lump sum now vs. deferred annuity later was recently burned by ID theft so that person is a bit biased from recent experience.
Reading some responses here and other posts I'm so glad I left. The backstabbing toxic political culture of many (not all) in that company and attitudes there that "people are BORN to succeed and that leaders are BORN not made". Seriously, we need to help each other grow and get better- not hurt and judge edge other. Hated that culture.
What’s wrong with you people. It is a legitimate site. If you don’t want lump sum go ahead and ask mo--nic questions. You sound like one who was afraid to stand up to bully bosses and yet who got PIPed.
Go ahead and grab a lawyer to look into it for you.
That domain name was created in April. I would think if legit, it would be an existing EM benefits site.
Real deal
Could be real. Send them your bank account number, social security number, driver license number, date of birth, and address and see if it is real or a scam.
Fraudulent.
Fraudulent for sure
